Recruitment Co-Ordinator (On-site)Due to continued growth, HRGO Norwich has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join the team.The role will be based on-site at one of our clients premises based near Diss.Duties will include:Recruiting and registering candidates to work at the clients premises on varying shifts to suit the needs of the business.Overseeing Right to Work paperwork and all other compliance paperworkBuilding relationships with the client and departments within the business and on-site candidates.Interviewing staffManaging our internal Recruitment databaseWorking closely with the payroll teamGenerating advertising campaigns to recruit suitable candidates for the business.The ideal candidate will be confident with administration and IT systems and have an eye for detail.
