Job Description

Give life-enhancing support to those in need Newcross Healthcare is seeking Support Workers to care for children and young adults who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviour or individuals with mental health conditions in Bromsgrove, Redditch, Worcester and the surrounding areas.The ideal applicant will have previous experience of providing care to service users with challenging behaviours, autism, physical or learning disabilities. Deliver vital support to individuals who need your careAs a Support Worker, youll be providing support to enrich the lives of the people in our care. Itll be your responsibility to assist individuals who are unable to live independently, offering them the practical help and emotional support they need to live a life of their choosing. Your responsibilities will include; assisting with daily tasks, helping with clinical requirements, social activities and any other additional services.Why join Newcross Healthcare

    • Requirements
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 months previous care experience
  • Certification in practical Moving & Handling course, completed in the last 12 months
