Job Description

We are looking for a support worker passionate about Making a Difference. It would be beneficial if you have experience working in a supported living environment, but it is not essential. *We currently do not offer sponsorship*The person we are supporting receives 1:1 support throughout the day with sleeping support. This is their first time transitioning into supported living and they are nervous about building their independence. Applicants to the role must have the desire tosupport them to build confidence in independent living skills. They would like support with the following:

  • Medication.
  • Support with morning and evening routines.
  • Cooking.
  • Maintaining my home and tenancy.
  • Activity planning.
  • Personal Care prompts.
  • Support with medical appointments.
  • Shopping.
  • Laundry.
  • Finance management support.
