Housekeeper / Personal AssistantPart time 3 days a weekTanworth-in-Arden - up to £20 per hour depending on your experience.We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and efficient Housekeeper / Personal Assistant to assist with the day to day running of the family operations working in their beautiful home/ office in Tanworth in Arden. You will be a kind, patient and efficientindividual with high level social and communications skills. No two days are the same and it is essential that you are a forward planner, organized, with exceptional attention to detail. This role will be incredibly rewarding, you will be involved in excitingand varied personal and business activities of the family. There are two elements to the role and the right candidate will be flexible and able to prioritise. The PA element will include (but not limited to) planning maintenance on the house, online shopping and returns, booking and managing doctor appointments, ensuringbills are paid, dealing with day-to-day paperwork, assisting with general tasks for the lady of the house including personal errands. The Housekeeper element may be more just general keeping on top of the needs of the house you will not be expected to be acleaner but if things need tidying up or putting away assistance would be expected as well as making the family lunch or ensuring the fridge has milk for a much-needed cup of tea.You will be someone who can use your initiative and notice when something needs doing and set up a routine for tackling jobs that only need doing occasionally.The successful candidate will need to have worked in a similar role and understand the private and discreet aspect of working for a family with profile. You will need to have good IT skills, be able to manage diaries and respond to emails where necessary. Weare looking for an organised individual who has conducted diary management and is always one step ahead of what needs to be done in a busy home/ office. The hours of work are 9.30-5pm 3 days a week.
