We have an exciting opportunity for an Office & Compliance Coordinator to join a successful long standing construction company in Redditch. This will be a varied coordinator role looking after health & safety, compliance, training and general office duties.The Office & Compliance Coordinator’s key duties include :-Health & safety – ensure they keep a record of all accidents relating to any Employee or Subcontractor.Ensure Health & Safety meetings are taking place at least quarterly and ensure any action points are completed and included in board meetingsTraining – Keep training matrix up to date for all site and staffKeep up to date with all expires and renewals.Liaise with relevant colleges and complete all necessary paperwork to enrol all new apprenticesComplete pre-qualification questionnaires for all new and existing customersManaging qualifications for staffBuilding compliance – to ensure we remain compliant for insurances purposes.Chase accountable person for any compliance certification and ensure all actions / remedials are completed so we remain compliant.Ensure all employees are supplied with footwear & trousers needed and keep a track of them.The successful Office & Compliance Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:-Previous experience within an office management or coordinator role.Health and safety or compliance experience would be a distinct advantageExperience working within construction or a fast based industry would be ideal.Strong IT skillsGood organisational skills managing schedules etc.In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of around £27,000- £30,000 depending on your previous skills and experience.
