Food Production OperativeLocation:Redditch, B98Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00Hourly Rate: £10.50 per hourPosition Type: Ongoing, Long TermStart Date: Immediate StartResponsibilities:- Operate food production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.- Follow production schedules and recipes to ensure quality and consistency.- Handle raw materials and ingredients according to hygiene and safety standards.- Monitor and maintain production line cleanliness.- Assist in packaging and labelling of finished products.- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.Requirements:- Previous experience in a food production environment preferred but not essential.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.- Strong attention to detail and quality.- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.- Good communication skills.- Punctual and reliable.- Chilled working environment.- Ongoing, long-term employment.- Opportunity for full-time position for the right candidates.Full on the job training will be provided on site and a food safety level 2 course will need to be completed before starting.
