WALTERS PEOPLE - FINANCE OFFICER - £30,000 TO £40,000 - PERMAMENT - REDDITCH - HYBRID NEGOTIABLE UP TO 2 DAYS AT HOME Walters people have partnered with a leading business in Redditch with their recruitment of a Finance Officer on a permanent basis. This position reports directly to the company directors and will be responsible for the management of the day to day runningof the finance department.Finance Officer responsibilities are:* Weekly and Monthly payroll processing* Weekly timesheets management* HMRC reporting (FPS, PAYE, P11Ds)* Pension Management* VAT Submission* Daily Cash Management* Invoice Finance Management* Supplier Payment Runs* Month End Processing * Bank Reconciliation* Accruals and Prepayments* Fixed Assets depreciation* Producing monthly management reports* Any additional finance ad-hoc duties as required.Skills needed as the Finance Officer:* Hands on attitude* Excellent numeracy and communication skills* Good attention to detail* Strong team player* Able to work autonomously and manage a small team.* Proficient accounts software and excel knowledge.* 5+ years of experience in a similar finance roleIf you want to be considered for this role, all applicants must submit CVs online or send to .
