We are currently working with a well established business based in Redditch that are hiring for an ambitious reporting analyst to join their team on a permanent basis due to growth. This role will suit someone that enjoys the commercial planning/analysisaspect of finance and enjoys working with large sets of data to help a business move forward. This ambitious company are looking for someone who is part qualified ideally (or a junior with great experience) that wants to qualify within the next 2 years. Thisrole will have the scope to become a senior Management Accountant and manage others longer term, taking the title of Finance Manager.Ideally you will:- Have experience of reporting - on KPIs, multiple cost centres, discounts and sales KPI reporting- Have experience of SQL or Power BI but this is not a requirement- Love Excel and be able to do a little more than just Pivot Tables and V Look Ups- Have the desire to progress with ACCA/CIMA and qualify within the next 2 yearsIn return you will:- Be working for a brilliant business that has ambitious growth plans and wants to develop the successful candidate- Have a positive environment to work in with great senior management- Have great opportunities to be progressed into a senior accounting role- Be able to continually develop your skillsIf this is something youd like to hear more about, please apply to be considered for interview next week.
