Job Description

One of the UKs premier retailers are actively looking for a Finance Analyst to join their close-knit finance team in Redditch. Offering hybrid working, direct mentorship from the Senior Business Partner and fantastic exposure to senior management in a reportingcapacity, this role calls for a bright and eager prospect to come in and hit the ground running.The bulk of the Finance Analysts role will be preparing key reports oriented sales and margin analysis, and the golden chance to develop a unique network of elite finance professionals in reporting them. The successful candidate will also broaden theirexpertise by getting hands-on involvement with accruals, budgeting and forecasting processes.Skills required:

  • Be immediately available, part qualified in CIMA/ACCA and have experience in a similar Finance Analyst position.
  • Have intermediate Excel skills (e.g., Sumifs, VLOOKUPS etc..) and have exposure to SAP/PowerBI (non-essential).
  • A stellar communicator whose personality shines through as you partner heavily and become a prominent figure in the finance function.
  • A problem solver who is able to get in, put their best foot forward and get stuck in with a lot of responsibility from the get go.
