Job Description

Redditch£38,000 to £45,000 per annum (negotiable in line with experience)We are working in partnership with a well-established multi-office regional law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Family (Divorce) Solicitor to join their busy, successful team, based at their Redditch office.This is a permanent job offered with hybrid working if preferred (2 days at home/3 days in the office) and is very well supported by colleagues and support staff.This position will suit a fully qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with around 3 years + PQEThe role will involve:

  • Running a caseload of private family matters from start to finish
  • |Advising clients on matters of divorce, separation agreements, financial remedy, cohabitation, children, and prenuptial arrangements.
  • Liaising with clients and third party professionals
Suitable Candidates will have:
  • Fully qualified status with 3 years+ PQE
  • Experience of handling a private family caseload of matrimonial matters
