  • Supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring a constructive and productive learning environment.
  • Managing the behaviour of students, promoting positive interactions and enforcing school policies.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities, maintaining continuity in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Providing support to students in their learning, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and administration to ensure smooth operations within the school.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar role within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage varying classroom situations and subjects.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of students.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable.
