Job Description

Jonathan Lee Recruitment are looking for a EMC test Engineer / Technican for a customer based in birmingham. Yiu will be carrying out verfication activities on Miultary radios and will need qualify for SC clearance. The role entails:-

  • Verification and Validation activities in detail
  • Conducting EMC informal and pre-compliance tests to various Industrial and Military Standards in the
  • Creating EMC and Environmental Test Plans to various Industrial and Military EMC Standards
  • Creating EMC and Environmental Test Reports to various Industrial and Military Environmental Standards
  • UK; EU and other Countries Civil, Industrial and Military Standards
  • UK; EU and other Countries Regulatory and Statutory Requirements
  • EU CE and UK UKCA marking requirements
  • Preparation of Items for Test
  • Pre-Test verification of Items for Test
  • Necessary liaison with external Test Houses including reviewing Test Reports
  • Project Management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good Team Player
