Job Description

Customer Service AdministratorRedditch£24,000Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a Redditch based client with a new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.My client are looking for a passionate, customer service driven individual who can provide support to customers and colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Key duties will include:

  • Daily outbound calls to ensure co-ordination with customers and installers
  • Receive calls from customers, answering any queries and complaints swiftly and with appropriate empathy
  • Monitor and track the status of ongoing installations
  • Log service calls and ensure remedials are completed to customers satisfaction before closing the job
  • Take customer payments upon completion of projects
  • Check and submit invoice paperwork to ensure payments are made on time
This is a varied customer service focused role. Acting as a central point of contact within a fast paced environment you will have the ability to use your initiative to keep projects running smoothly. You will be a confident communicator and a team-playerwho can deliver excellent levels of customer service. Previous experience in a customer service driven role is essential.Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and my client is offering a highly competitive salary.If you have the skills and experience for this role please apply online ASAP as immediate interviews are available.
