Job Title: Customer Service AdministratorContract: 10-month FTCHours: Full time, Monday to Friday Location: Redditch Salary: Up to £28,000 per annumBenefits: 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, free parking, company pension and employee assistance programmeAre you an Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills Our client based in Redditch is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a 10-month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible. We are looking for a confident individualwho can liaise with customers in a courteous and professional manner, who can provide general administrative and office support.Duties include:* Perform general administrative duties such as responding to emails, answering phone calls and managing correspondence.* Liaise with customers to arrange and schedule work, acquire any further information and to resolve any issues. * Handle information with integrity and professionalism.* To ensure a direct and clear communication with new and existing clients.* Complete and update any reports. * Use company systems to log any problems that clients have reported. * Make sure that all paperwork and audit trails are completed error-free. * Assign jobs out to the relevant person required.Skills and experience required:* Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role. * Confident when speaking to customers on the phone and over email.* Customer service focused with a can-do attitude.* Able to organise and prioritise tasks. * Proficient in all Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.If you feel that you have the necessary skills and experience required to fulfil this role, apply or get in touch for more information.If you are already registered with Tirebuck Recruitment or Allocate Recruitment, please contact your consultant to discuss suitability for this position.
