Are you proud to care Were recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team in Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounds, delivering quality care in the home of service users with brain injuries. This role involves working as part of a small team to support people with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans. Youll be responsible for supporting service users with posture care, medication administration, meal preparation, social activities and any other services needed. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas. What will I require Youll be a true empath, with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. Youll need to be happy assisting clients who may have limited mobility, and possess a valid Moving and Handling certificate. Youll be fuelled by your desire to be a true companion to the people in your care and build lasting relationships with them, their family and friends.
