Another place to relax is the stunning landscaped garden with a wooden summer house and raised flowers beds. Our budding gardening enthusiasts nurturetheir own plants and flowers from seed, injecting beautiful colour in time for summer celebrations that take place there. For our residents who prefer to be pampered, the hairdressing salon is the place to be. A local Redditch stylist comes in every week tomake our residents feel really special. From trims, sets and blow-dries, its all available without stepping one foot outside the care home. • As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high quality housekeeping service, whilst showing care and commitment to having a positive impact on our residents lives
• You will work with a team, all who want to make our residents comfortable in their home.

What skills do I needTeam work! A happy team, makes for happy residents and a happy home.Experience is not essential, as we will help you with all the training and support youll need to do the job, what is important is that you are caring, enthusiastic and have energy to share. Being able to communicate well is essential along with a flexibleapproach.
