Job Description

Purchase ledger administrator required for a company in Redditch. Job duties will be the maintenance of an accurate purchase ledger system for appropriate companies. You will process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring that they are authorised inaccordance with the companys internal control guidelines, coded correctly and numerically correct. You will reconcile supplier accounts and statements on a regular basis, resolving any differences and liaise with suppliers in a professional and courteousmanner. You will have purchase ledger experience and be well organised and methodical with the ability to work under pressure at times. This is a full time temporary role to start asap until the end of the year and possibly longer. You will be based the inthe office 5 days a week but hours can be flexible
