Role: 2nd Line Engineer Location: Redditch Salary: Up to £35,000Industry: Managed ServicesWhat do they needWe are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our Managed Service Provider client based in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will be provided with an excellent package and the opportunity to join a highly successful team that providesindustry best personal development.What will you doThe 2nd Line Support Engineer will be required to provide technical and operational support to customers. This will include troubleshooting, problem solving and diagnosing customer issues. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonalskills as they will be working closely with customers to resolve issues.
