The working culture is based on transparency, trust and spirit and they offer an array of corporate benefits, whilst also developing talent from within.Due to imminent long-term leave, they are keen to secure an interim HR Manager to help support their offices and head count across EMEA.This role will be on a Fixed Term Contract basis and will be for approx. 9-12 months working fulltime from their offices in Berkshire on a hybrid basis.The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities on a generalist footing and partner with the organization on all day-to-day HR business needs, to include being highly tactical on areas such as ER, On-boarding, PerformanceManagement, Stakeholder Management, Training, Employee Engagement etc.Responsibilities
