You will therefore be comfortable with the level of travel involved with this role.Covering London, the M25, and the entire South-East, you will strategically develop education-based clinical sales across multiple hospital and community departments within NHS accounts, across our range of products and applications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Development Manager, Sales Specialist, Product Specialist, Territory Sales Representative - Medical Devices, Wound Closure, Wound CareThis Medical Device Sales Specialist role will include the following duties & responsibilities: · Create and implement your business plan. · Strategic territory planning; mapping out the mechanics of each account and prospect, across a broad geography. · 100% business development, via a combination of telephone, digital and face to face methods. · Promote and differentiate our company through the total value proposition offered, demonstrated via presentations & education. · Working in operating theatres, ITU/ICU, Outpatients, and community settings in close association with consultants, clinicians, and nursing staff.· Develop key relationships with KOLs, ensuring we are their partner of choice. · Providing seamless sales support and customer service throughout the entire customer experience, including relevant training.· Utilising existing client visits as networking opportunities. · Become a Trusted Advisor, both to customers and prospects. · Growing business pipeline across various stakeholders and multiple levels. · Closing deals and achieving sales targets. · Attending exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Business Development Manager, Sales Specialist, Product Specialist, Territory Sales Representative - Medical Devices, Wound Closure, Wound Care You will have the following characteristics & experiences:· Strong Medical Devices selling background, with tangible evidence of commercial achievements. · Demonstrate either: a deep knowledge, or very strong desire to learn, the wound healing space (within the structure of the NHS).· Ideally degree educated in a life science field. · Experienced in / with clinical training, theatres, consultants, specialist nursing, procurement, and finance. · Methodical and able to create own structure, with a long-term strategic mindset. · Entrepreneurial spirit with an engaging personality. · Strong and meaningful relationships with your customers. · A resilient, industrious hands-on style. · Happy to embrace the diverse nature of this position, for example carrying the device into patients’ homes as required.OUR COMPANY:We are an entrepreneurial manufacturer of high-quality and ground-breaking medical device service.
