Job Description

A subsidiary of Enghouse Systems Limited, Enghouse Interactive is a leading global provider of contact center software and service solutions that deliver enhanced customer service and transform the contact center from a cost center into a powerful growth engine. Our Practices and Solutions enable businesses to leverage meaningful, daily customer interactions to extract key insights used to deepen customer loyalty and uncover new opportunities to add value, profitably.We are looking for Finance Solution Analyst who will be responsible for providing support, technical guidance and training to a team members of finance processors and managers in Microsoft Dynamics GP environment. This position would be based out of our Reading office and will be directly reporting to Revenue Manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide new team member training and guidance on the revenue process including revenue classification, Tensoft usage and other revenue governance processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Tensoft software and reports
  • Diagnose process / software issues and provide solutions to ensure effective processing of revenue and billings
  • In conjunction with the overseas Senior Revenue and Systems Analysts:
  • Maintain up to date training material and guidance on the revenue process
  • Evaluate new features and functions of Tensoft to determine value and applicability to Enghouse
  • Co-ordinate testing and roll out of Tensoft upgrades
  • Develop relationship with Tensoft to leverage support and to promote development of features relevant to Enghouse
  • Determine processes and procedures to implement changes in accounting policies (ie. IFRS15)
  • In conjunction with Integration Manager, take responsibility for integrating the customers and revenue related items of new acquisitions to ensure continuity, completeness, consistency and accuracy of billings and revenue
  • Liaise with IT on systems upgrades, issues, and design refreshable reports
    • Key Qualifications:
  • Business use and user "consulting" in best practices on Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 and/or Tensoft RCM
  • 3+ years of directly relevant experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Directly supported the Finance Organization in previous capacity
  • Solid understanding of Finance operations (terminologies, practices)
    • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments sets priorities and manages multiple assignments and tasks
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team
    • Advantageous:
  • International experience including the Nordics
  • Experience with troubleshooting through technical and functional support issues
