Job Description

The Reed Group Property Team is looking for a new Property Services Helpdesk & Facilities Manager.

  • Role: Property Services Helpdesk & Facilities Manager
  • Location: Raynes Park, Wimbledon (SW20 0BA) – (with blended home working and office working) plus travel to visit sites across the UK
  • Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 per annum
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
  • Contract: Full Time Permanent

  • Developing our Supplier base and Service Contract solutions
  • Delivering exceptional service levels into the business
Responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and developing the helpdesk team
  • Maintaining the Helpdesk inbox, logging and allocating jobs, raising Purchase Orders, liaising with the site teams
  • Ensure PPM schedules & reactive maintenance jobs are completed
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex queries
  • Initiate and lead tender processes for renewal of service contract agreements annually or as required
You will report into the Head of Property Services and be responsible for managing the Helpdesk Team.Key Requirements:
  • Have managed a successful team
  • Have experience in facilities management in commercial property services
  • Demonstrate knowledge of leading service contract tenders
  • Show a good understanding of SLA’s and the management of these
