Job Description

Stem Recruitment have a fantastic new permanent opportunity for a Payroll Manager with their highly respected and expanding client based in the outskirts of Edinburgh.Role and responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team to ensure payroll processes and processing deadlines meet expectations
  • Lead, coach and develop the payroll teams
  • Ensure accurate submission of all payrolls
  • Develop and analyse vendor performance date to support governance
  • Be proactive and innovative, seeking ways to create and improve efficiency
Skills required:
  • Extensive payroll knowledge and proven track record in implementations and integrations
  • Knowledge of Ceridian DayForce (highly advantageous)
  • European payroll knowledge and experience (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise tasks
