Job Description

We are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team in a mainstream primaryschool located in Rainhill, St.Helens.Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students aged 4-5 years old. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a positiveand engaging learning environment for young learners.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to EYFS students.
  • Promote social and emotional development among students.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Monitor and record student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Prior experience working with 4-5-year-old students is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage young learners.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to student development.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students individual needs.
