Teacher of Science - Mat LeaveRainhillFull Time15th January 2024 onwardsIf you want to innovate, lead, support and develop the Science experience to the highest standards in a focused and developing team, then one of our secondary schools that we work with could be for you.You must have the ability to teach Science lessons across all aspects of the KS3 to KS4 curriculum at this successful 11-16 school.The post is to cover maternity leaveThe teacher must have experience specifically working in a high school and have strong behaviour managementThis school is a mainstream Secondary School with a supportive cover team and teaching staff. The school also provides CPD throughout the year and you will be expected to attend meetings, inset days to support the school as well as follow the school values.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Science Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher
UK Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role
Previous experience working in a UK school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
