Job Description

Role: 3rd Line MSP EngineerLocation: Warrington (1 day in office per week!)Salary: £45,000 - £50,000An exciting opportunity has arose for a 3rd Line IT Engineer to join a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider based in Warrington. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative and customer-focused organisation.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients in a Managed Services environment, and have a passion for technology and problem solving. You will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to clients, resolving technical issues and providinga high level of customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line technical support to clients, handling complex technical issues and working with the client to resolve their problems
  • Design, install, configure and maintain infrastructure in client environments
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service
  • Utilise a range of IT tools and systems to monitor and manage clients infrastructure
  • Proactively monitor and maintain clients systems and networks
Technical Skills:
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Virtual environments
  • Office 365 / Exchange Server
  • Projects, migrations
  • Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Backup solutions
  • Firewall/Security
