Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Wellbeing and Resilience Hub, otherwise known as KeepingWellNEL !Following this especially challenging year, we have received a grant from NHS England to open a Wellbeing service for all NHS and Health and Social Care staff in North East London. KeepingWellNEL has been set up to address the impact this has had on ourwellbeing.We provide a safe and confidential listening service and signposting support for our culturally diverse workforce via live chat, SMS, telephone or by accessing information on the website.We aim to ensure KeepingWellNEL is not only helpful for all staff, but relevant and culturally cohesive. We believe that breaking down stigma around asking for help is vital in maintaining our wellbeing. This is a core focus for our team and we aim to listenand shine a light on the aspects of wellbeing that our team and colleagues identify as important.We are a fully remote service and are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm.We are recruiting two Team administrators to join us at KeepingWellNEL.The postholder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties ensuring all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will:

  • Provide high quality administrative and business support to the Team
  • Use own initiative to resolve problems and queries based on experience, judgment, collaboration and supervision
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be required to have a good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Excel and MSTeams with experience using databases, spreadsheets, formulas and charts in high confidentiality and preferably patient context
  • Experience in accurate and swift data entry
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes where required
  • Use instant and web and communication technologies
Duties will include assisting with the inputting of patient data, processing of referrals, dealing with enquiries, dealing with patients records and other general administration duties as required.This is a remote working role. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which willinclude mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, healthand wellbeing and key processes.
