Join us, we’re an Investors in People Gold Standard Company.We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our static team working on one of our MOD sites across RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath. Working as part of this busy team, the purpose of the Grounds Maintenance Operative is to carry out a range of horticultural duties to support the running of the contract. This will include grass cutting, hedge cutting, spraying and general grounds maintenance duties as and when required.We would welcome applications from existing Grounds Maintenance Operatives with previous knowledge and experience within this field. PA1 and PA6 qualifications are highly desirable.You must be able to operate equipment carefully and safely at all times within guidance and legislation and be able to carry out physically demanding tasks on a daily basis.In addition, you will need;•A full, clean UK Driving licence.•The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.What we offer;At Ground Control we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work.
