Job Description

A well-established, highly successful conference company in Radlett are now seeking an administrator to join their team. This role is varied and fast paced, and you will be an intrinsic part of a supportive team, working to tight deadlines, juggling manydifferent tasks simultaneously. You will be a great communicator with excellent written and spoken English.Salary: £11-12 per hour according to experience. Working in a successful team. A rewarding part time role.Key responsibilities:

  • General administrative support for organising of conferences
  • Answering telephone and email queries from delegates
  • Assisting the processing of application forms
  • Maintaining and cleansing database - including phoning companies to track employees who have left
  • Processing on the database changes to delegate bookings, for example when they wish to cancel or transfer from conferences
  • Analysing conference feedback questionnaires
  • Assisting with updating of company website
  • Responsibility for analysis of webinar sales
  • General office administration
  • Assisting with various aspects of organising conferences, including preparing badges
  • Purchasing stationery
  • Compilation of necessary information for sponsors
