Job Description

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden are starting the recruitment for Christmas temporary staff to support the ecommerce operations based from our Radlett Warehouse. These are temporary positions offering up to 40 hours per week across a 7-day period. Working patterns will be on a Rota basis and shifts can start from 7am with the latest finishing at 10pm.Job Purpose The goal of this job is to process orders for Warner Bros. ecommerce operation in a timely and efficient manner.Job Duties

  • Picking and packing orders for our online store, ensuring correct products are selected and sent out.
  • Gift wrapping purchases to a high standard.
  • Ensuring orders are packed and dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Feeding back any issues with orders to Team Leaders and Managers to make sure a quality service is provided to our customers.
  • Adding personalisation to lines, adding value to customers purchases.
  • Keeping our warehouse and packing areas clean and organised.
    • Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce or warehouse environment (or similar role).
  • Completing tasks by a deadline.
  • Reliability - show us how we’ll be able to rely on you at our busiest time of the year.
  • Attention to detail - show us how you have an eye for detail.
  • Good product knowledge
