International Decorative Surfaces are the UKs largest distributor of decorative surfaces specialising in flooring, worktops, laminates, compact, panel products, solid surface and wall panelling.With an annual turnover of more than £120 million we take the business of fulfilling our customers needs very seriously. What will I be doing in the roleOur Customer Service Assistants are one of our most important roles in the business. A great Customer Service Assistant will help keep our business running smoothly. To support the business you will;

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time, in full
Achieve sales and margin targets of the branch
Follow up all enquiries
Ensure that all held orders are chased and customers contacted for payments
Order back to back stock in line with company policies
Help out with stock take
Ensuring all compliance of business controls
Compliance to all health and safety legislation
