Job Description

We are recruiting for an exciting Installations Coordinator covering Maidstone and Kent paying a fantastic basic salary of £25,000 with Bonus (£6k) and Company Car with extras. You will join our Installations team working closely with our Kitchen Fittersand Installations Teams to ensure we have the very best Fitter available.As our Installations Coordinator, it is a varied role that includes, Identify and source quality kitchen installers, Conduct works inspections in line with installer standards, Coach and engage with installers on site regarding the SLAs and compliance toRegulations and Legislation, ensure enough quality installer availability to meet forecast business requirement, locating installers to meet installation demand as required.To be suitable for the position of Installations Coordinator you must have experience of working within an Installations position or similar such as Kitchen, Bedrooms or Bathrooms Installations. You will have a strong understanding of the KBB industry anda strong network of trades people that you can access. You will be motivated to ensure that all Installers are highly skilled and demonstrate the correct values. The ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic company.The successful Installations Coordinator will receive a fantastic salary £25,000 with company car and Bonus Scheme £6k with other company benefits available.
