Job Description

HGV class 2 refuse driverHGV class 2 refuse driverrequired for a position with our well-established client in Ilkeston.This particular company are well known locally and have operated in the area for many years. They area local government authority and are looking forHGV class 2 refusedriversfor their refuse collection operation.The RoleTheHGV Class 2 driverwill be required to work Monday to Friday. The work starts immediately and involves assisting our client with their refuse collecting operation, completing the rounds as required. There is no handball involved asyou will be workingwith a team of loaders, good awareness of Health and Safety is therefore required.Requirements for this roleC entitlement on their licenceValid Digital tacho & CPC CardMinimum 6 months driving experience ideallyNo more than 6 points on licenceSafety boots & hi-vis vestHoursYou will be required to work Monday to Friday starting at 0630 with finish times varying. The HGV class 2 refuse driver will work around 37-45 hours over a 5 day period.
