Junior Metal Polisher/Finisher

Job Description

Hanningfield Process Systems are currently recruiting for a Junior Metal Polisher/Finisher to join our business.This role may be suitable for someone who has a small amount of experience in polishing and is looking for an entry level position.Within this role your primary responsibilities will be;

Working primarily with stainless-steel products polishing to various finishes or grades

Operating fixed and hand-held polishing machinery

Working alongside the Polishing Supervisor to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of work you are providing is to a high standard ready to send out to clients.

Hanningfield are a family run business employing approximately 40 employees. We specialise in the design and manufacture of process machinery originally intended for the pharmaceutical industry; however, our niche industry expertise has also taken us into other industries including food, chemical, nuclear and cosmetics.Relationships are important to us. Mechanically minded and have experience of working with power tools such as Hand Grinders

Willing to take instruction and be trained to achieve a high standard of polishing in line with Hanningfields expectations

Physically fit; as this position will be that of a Manual Labor position

Willing to work as part of a team and to tight deadlines

Willing to get involved in all areas of polishing and muck in, and

Have a small amount of previous Stainless-Steel polishing experience would be advantageous.
