Job Description

Sales AdministratorOur award winning client based in Pudsey, Leeds is a leading global supplier of engineered parts and accessories. They have a strong history and are going through a period of expansion and investment. Due to this growth they now need to add to their Salesdepartment and have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join the team of eight existing employees.As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for a varied workload ensuring that customers receive the best possible customer service. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Responding to emails
  • Checking stock levels
  • Producing quotations
  • Following up and chasing quotes
  • Inputting orders on to the system
  • Advising customers of lead times
  • Responding to web enquiries
  • Responsible for web chat responses
  • Contacting lapsed customers
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • GCSE Grade C English and Maths
  • Good IT literacy
  • Experience in a similar role desirable
