Elevation HR are delighted to be working with a developing manufacturing business to support them with the recruitment of a HR Advisor Im keen to hear from HR Graduates with 2 years HR experience that are looking to develop their HR experience further. You will have generalist HR experience at HR Assistant level, as well as starting to step up, advise and support managers on a range of HR issues Responsibilities will include:- Advising and guiding managers and employees on a range of HR issues including first line queries on ER, absence and performance management- Able to give sound advice interpreting policies and procedures- Supporting where necessary on recruitment- Utilise the HR system, accessing information, adding information and changes as necessary- Carrying out HR administration tasks as required from processing starters/leavers, offer letters, disciplinary note takingTo be suitable for this role you will be a HR Graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience at Assistant level, you must also be able to drive as the role will travel between two sites across West Yorkshire Required skills
