Job title: Cyber Service Delivery LeadLocation: Preston or FrimleyWe offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Up to 65k dependent on skills and experienceWhat you’ll be doing:

• Manages the end to end delivery of cyber operational services to ensure that the needs of customers and users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved
• Responsible for deriving, monitoring and reporting on service performance
• Manage service performance reviews to ensure effective delivery of relevant services, providing clear guidance and direction for improvement based on business knowledge and experience
• Provide internal and external Service Reports as required, including but not limited to Monthly SOFT Reports, Monthly executive summary and KPI performance reports
• Consolidates expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
• Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation

Your skills and experiences: Essential:

• Experience of operating in or working with a Security Operations Centre
• Experience managing service risks and issues
• Experience of Continual Service Improvement and supporting methodologies such as Lean

Desirable:

• Knowledge of working within a SIAM operating model would be beneficial

This includes managing external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and deliveryof services.
