Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Crafts person for a well-known client of ours. This is a company who Enhance and Improve the health of millions of people every day through science and research.Our client plays a major role in assuring the quality of biological medicines worldwide through testing products and carrying out research. They also provide advice on a routine basis.The division is looking for someone to maintain the grounds, building, plant and equipments carrying our preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring plant machine and equipment function to a high standard at all times.You will be responsible for providing a mechanical service to ensure the site is in compliance with the relevant legalisation.You main duties will include the day to day technical advise, support, assistance and resolution for mechanical problems across the site and to ensure that safe working practices are maintained.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance or building services environment- Minimum of 3 years experience maintaining mechanical systems- Have an understanding of air handling systems, biological pressure systems, clean rooms, autoclaves, plate heat exchangers, drainage systems, canteen equipment, microbiological safety cabinets/fume hoods.- BG01 qualification in maintenance of steam boilers- Steam plant qualificationThis is a full time, permanent position offering £32K to £35K as well as company benefits such as a pension scheme.Please apply with your updated CV and Chelsea from our Brentwood branch will contact you.Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a persons gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
