Internal Communications Channels & Co-Ordination Manager is a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our communications channels to effectively deliver our internal communications and engagement agenda across Canada Life UK Youll ensure all internal communications are well managed, planned and effectively communicated in conjunction with the wider organisation. Youll also measure the communications impact through effective MI, as well as delivering select communications to supportareas of our business and wider communications team. Youll be responsible for managing our core internal communications channels to find effective and engaging ways to connect people to Canada Lifes strategy and blueprint to help every colleague understand their role in executing our strategy and driving businessperformance. What youll do: Managing our core internal communications channels - SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams - to find effective and engaging ways to connect people to Canada Lifes strategy and blueprint to help every colleague understand their role in executing our strategy and drivingbusiness performance. Lead the central planning and co-ordination of internal communications across Canada Life UK, engaging with internal partners to ensure that our internal communications approach and activity is well understood. Conduct regular reviews of our core channels and their performance, using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve engagement. Responsible for measuring the impact of communications through effective MI and tools. Go-to person to the wider Internal Communications team for advice and support on our channels, and be able to recommend solutions to wider organisation. Help develop internal communications materials to high standard to ensure clarity of message across the organisation. Proactively identify new, exciting, and creative opportunities to deliver first class communications across Canada Life UK, including the use of future channels and technology. What youll bring to the role:• Experience in in internal communications. • Knowledge of the range and variety of communications channels and processes to ensure the right communication reaches the right employees at the right time. • A track record of delivering employee engagement and internal communications programmes with demonstrable results and positive business outcome. • Experience using SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage is important. • Think creatively and strategically and have strong analytical skills to produce reports and make recommendations to improve communication channels. • Ability to partner with Executives and other senior stakeholders across the range of business functions. • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships within the organisation. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to hit the ground running when dealing with complex issues. • Self-motivated, well-organised, pragmatic, and able to perform tasks independently. • Continuous drive & energy to get things done.
