Youll be responsible for ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency of communications to connect people to Canada Lifes strategy and blueprint to help every colleague understand their role in executing our strategy and driving business performance What youll do: Responsible for ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency of communications to connect people to Canada Lifes strategy and blueprint to help every colleague understand their role in executing our strategy and driving business performance. A key partnerto the business lines across Canada Life UK, collaborating closely with them on internal communications initiatives and messages. Support the central planning and co-ordination of internal communications across Canada Life UK, engaging with internal partners to ensure that our internal communications approach and activity is well understood. Work towards the continuous improvement of the quality and effectiveness of internal communications channels, processes, and practices, seeking appropriate feedback to ensure first class delivery. Develop internal communications materials to high standard to ensure clarity of message across the organisation. What youll bring to the role: • Experience in in internal communications. • A track record of delivering employee engagement and internal communications programmes with demonstrable results and positive business outcome. • Ability to partner with Executives and other senior stakeholders across the range of business functions. • Knowledge of the range and variety of communications channels and processes to ensure the right communication reaches the right employees at the right time. • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships within the organisation. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to hit the ground running when dealing with complex issues. • Self-motivated, well-organised, pragmatic, and able to perform tasks independently. • Continuous drive & energy to get things done.
