Job Description

Service AdvisorLocation: CaldicotSalary: £26,000 - £28,000pa with realistic OTE of £32,000 - £35,000Working hours: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday MorningSaturday morning paid at 1.5 x hourly rate My client, one of the UKs Largest Franchise Main Dealer Groups, is looking to employ an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Service Advisor / Service Reception / Customer Service Administrator / Service Administrator / Service Controller for theirbusy state of the art site in Caldicot.The role of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Service Advisor / Service Reception / Customer Service Administrator / Service Administrator / Service Controller is to:

  • Report to the After Sales Manager
  • Writing up orders for repair work
  • Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
  • Up selling after sales services
  • Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
My client is looking for a Service Advisor / Aftersales Service Advisor / Service Reception / Customer Service Administrator / Service Administrator / Service Controller that has:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Second to none Customer Service skills
  • Enthusiasm and is hard working
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
  • Excellent understanding of KERRIDGE or Autoline or OneLink
