Job Description

Sales Executive | Cardiff | Full Time | £25,000 + bonus incentiveOur client has been based in South Wales, for over 30 years. During that time, they have provided a bespoke glass and glazing service for both commercial and domestic clients. Their aim is to provide the best quality product for their customers no matterthe size of the project. Curved glass, balustrades, mirrors and back painted glass are only a small selection of the products they can create. With their in-house processes, they are able to manufacture to their clients exact needs.They have seen their business go from strength to strength building partnerships with well- known Hotel Groups and many more. We are proud of the innovations we have made in the partnerships. We have recently upgraded our machinery to keep us at the forefrontof the industry and continue to produce innovative products for our clients.Successful applicants will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.What can you expect in return

  • 25k plus bonus incentive (negotiable dependent on experience)

Are you the right person for the jobIf you have the following, then the answer is yes!
  • A minimum of 5 years proven track record in Sales and some skills tests.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
What will your role as a Sales Executive
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Chase existing quotes and convert to agreed targeted %
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Discover target markets and advantages of other companies
  • Discovers how to market products to new users
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product/service provided
  • Generates new Sales leads by using Social Media links
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Maintain and promote the Abbey Glass online Web shop
  • Maintain Customer relationships/retention through AZ customer directory
  • Maintain relationships with existing customer base understanding their programmes of work/sharing with Sales Manager
  • Process all new incoming business and works orders from receipt to delivery
  • Secure quote conversions.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Work closely with the BDA to reach Sales targets
  • Work with the Business Development Executive to develop new sales strategies and how to make them work
  • Working with targets and objectives in line with KPIs and PIs
