Your role will be to conduct and evaluate individual initial assessmentensuring all learners are on the correct programme at the right level. To develop positive relationships with learners and employers on a monthly basis. To actively promote the use of e-portfolio to all learners and employers. To ensure all learners participatein an exit interview’ to be undertaken as part of quality assurance visits, which encompasses all aspects of the process.
