Residential Support Worker - Learning Disabilities - Driver£10.42-£12+ (PAYE - not under umbrella) Additional holiday pay + pension contribution + benefitsHoliday pay is separate, NOT inclusive of your hourly pay. i.e. £11.50 + holiday pay**Please note that we dont use umbrella companies, so our payroll organise your Income Tax and National Insurance contributions before youre paid - meaning no hidden fees! Holiday pay will be accrued as you work meaning no need to save money back forholiday/time off! You have a whole year to use it and can use this however and how often you wish** Your role will be supporting individuals with a range of disabilities and difficulties to promote independence and aid with fulfilling life skills and house tasks in addition to helping engage within their local community. Depending on the service, you maybe working alongside permanent staff or on a 1:1 basis to help deliver support to several individuals and deliver the highest standard of support.Required: You will need to be driver to aid in taking individuals out in the community in addition to ease of access to various services/companies we work with. This role offers the opportunity of 24-hour shifts (long days and sleeps).We require someone with strong communication skills as some of the individuals supported may use non-verbal communication. You will be aiding to promote independence, aiding to develop life skills and encouraging individuals to get involved with a rangeof activities.Benefits of working with us:
