Job Description

Sales Coordinator | Cardiff | Full Time| £20,000 - £22,000Our client has been based in South Wales, for over 30 years. During that time, they have provided a bespoke glass and glazing service for both commercial and domestic clients. Their aim is to provide the best quality product for their customers no matterthe size of the project. Curved glass, balustrades, mirrors and back painted glass are only a small selection of the products they can create. With their in-house processes, they are able to manufacture to their clients exact needs.They have seen their business go from strength to strength building partnerships with well- known Hotel Groups and many more. We are proud of the innovations we have made in the partnerships. We have recently upgraded our machinery to keep us at the forefrontof the industry and continue to produce innovative products for our clients.What can you expect in return

  • Willing to learn principles of cross-selling, up-selling, and persuasive selling
What will your role as a Sales Coordinator look like
  • Order Processing
  • Answer all customers questions and provide relevant information
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure the standards set forth by the company are maintained by all personnel at all times
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Make sure that all products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Partake in educational opportunities in order to update your knowledge regarding customer service-related responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Recommend changes that could provide a better experience to customers
  • Record all customer requests and forward those requests to the proper departments
  • Record payments and collect revenue
  • Resolve billing issues and determine the source of the problem to ensure it does not occur in the future
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
