Job Description

Acorn Recruitment is currently working with a client based in Porth, who are looking to secure themselves an internal Bookkeeper on a full-time, permanent basis. This role, reporting into the Managing Director will offer a business-critical end-to-end service that administers and handles all accounts related administration. Your days of work will be Monday to Friday, and you can be flexible on working hours. Responsibilities: * All-round book-keeping to ensure invoices (in & out), income and salary information is recorded on a monthly basis. * Record Budget information. * Produce monthly management accounting and any ad hoc reports * Ensure Bank Accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis. * Maintain, and update as appropriate, master monthly payroll spreadsheet to provide the monthly payroll data to outsourced suppliers. * Check and authorise monthly payroll data provided by outsourced supplier. * Analyse and post Payroll data onto SAGE on a monthly basis. Requirements: * Ideally AAT Qualified or part qualified with good academic history. * Experience using SAGE is essential. * Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping, report generating, reconciling and administrating pensions and payroll. * Strong Excel & word experience.Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
