Job Description

Account CoordinatorPorthTemporary to PermanentFull-Time£18,000 - £20,000 per annumAcorn Recruitment is recruiting for a Account Coordinator for a manufacturing client.Job purpose Account Coordinator will work with a prestigious client to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer account might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Process incoming day to day orders.
  • Provide clients quotes for follow up.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Be responsible for the smooth running and control of the account
  • Have a mature approach
  • Exceptionally organised
  • Have a sales focus/perhaps project experience
  • Ensure the pipelines are kept up to date and maintain contact with the client at ALL times
  • Update the Customer service Manager on all works and their progression of what is secured and what is being chased/upcoming sales
