Job Description

Homeless/Hostel support worker Are you an experienced Homeless Support Worker or someone that is looking for new opportunity within the homeless sector We are looking for staff who are passionate and driven to offer support and guidance to people throughout the area that suffer from homelessnessissues. Want the flexibility of being able to work when you want and where you want Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!This would be a fantastic opportunity to work with young people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and require support to help find permanent accommodation, assisting with access to external support/benefits and supporting their emotional needs.Brook Street Social Care recruiting for experienced hostel support workers or homeless support workers to work in homeless hostels.
