Customer Service AdvisorSalary: £18,500Location: Port Talbot Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with an option for overtimeMy client based in Port Talbot area is looking for the right person to join their Customer Service team during this exciting time for them as they expand. My client is a thriving online business providing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu clothing and accessories.The role of the Customer Service team is integral in providing my clients customers with speed and efficiency when dealing with order enquires. Are you looking to join an expanding company with endless opportunities to comeDo you love to put customers at the heart of everything you doHave you been looking for a chance to become a valued part of the teamIf you said yes to any of the above, then Id love to hear from you!Responsibilities and Duties*Manage large amounts of incoming queries through email, telephone, or social media platforms.*Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.*Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication.*Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.*Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
