Opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager/ Recruitment Business Partner to take over a long standing MSP account for a large MSP/RPO recruitment business. You will be based from home and work from the clients site 1-2 days per week.The role is the interface between the delivery team and the key client contacts. Its an exciting role that allows the individual to be part of a team driving effective business relationships and promoting use of the service at all times. Success in thisrole will be measured by customer satisfaction and GP performance vs budget.You will have experience delivering into fast-paced volume accounts. Experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Ship Building or Aviation recruitment would be an advantage.The role is based remotely with regular visits to the clients site.£30-40k Basic DoE + 20% Bonus and Benefits.
